Purpose
This website presents the services of KAOTiKa Studio and allows interested brands to request information or a free test. Access is free of charge, except for each user’s own internet connection costs.

AI-generated imagery
The images and videos on this site were generated with artificial intelligence tools and reviewed by a professional photographer. They carry a visible label, in line with the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act).
The products shown are not real brands: they were created solely to demonstrate the service.
Free test terms
The free test consists of up to three images generated from the photographs supplied by the applicant, at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. The owner may decline or limit requests that do not come from a real brand, that are repeated, or that involve products outside the categories covered.
The applicant confirms that they hold the necessary rights over the photographs they send and authorises their use solely to produce that test. The resulting images are delivered for commercial use by the requesting brand.

This site may link to third-party pages. The owner is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
The owner is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, temporary unavailability for technical reasons, or viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s domicile where the user is a consumer.
